GENERAL INFO:
• Late entries will be accepted on the day of the trial but is strongly discouraged as the length of the pool time allocated to each age group depends on the amount of entries received beforehand.
• The date of the SA Schools Inter Provincial Tournament in Cape Town 9 - 14 December 2011.
• The following girls and boys trials will be held: U13, U14, U15, U16, U19
• Ensure that your school sends a selector; each school is entitled to one.
• Players have to register even if they cannot make the first round due to sickness, injury or another provincial or school commitment. (Social commitments are not considered as an excuse.)
• The tour is self funded and a limited number of sponsorships, partial sponsorships and pay off options are available for deserving players who cannot afford the tour fee.NB! MiC’s to send only those players who have a good possibility of making the Gauteng sides (please see number of sides per age group).

NB! NB! NB!
• You are expected to be there for the trials prior to your respective age group and the trials after your age group
• Initial squad sizes where possible are to be between 30 – 40 players
• Team entries for the Tournament need to be submitted by Gatueng Schools to Cape Town by 28 September
• We need squads by Saturday 24 September so that they maybe collated and sent to Cape Town with the correct spelling and cap numbers of each player. Please remember the correct number of PDI players and correct number of team players.
• First practices need to be organized by Sunday 18 September and this is the managers responsibility to find an adequate venue. Please remember to communicate all practice times, venues, cancellations, changes to parents as timelessly as possible
• Where possible please put all information regarding practices on the Blog
• EACH CHILD WHO HAS ATTENDED THE FIRST ROUND OF TRIALS WILL RECEIVE A LETTER REGARDING PAYMENTS – PLEASE FAMILIRISE YOURSELF WITH THESE TIMEFRAMES THEY ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

Team / Squad practices
A R200 fee per month will be payable for Sep, Oct and November. This is to offset the cost of any pool and equipment hire and to minimise the cost incurred to coaches and managers.

The dates for 2012 trials will be posted at the end of March next year.
